What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Native iOS Developer to join our team and lead the development of Dreambook, a project exclusively focused on the iPad. Your work will play a critical role in empowering children to create their own stories, bringing their imaginations to life through an intuitive and engaging platform. By crafting a seamless, child-friendly user experience, you’ll directly contribute to inspiring creativity and making storytelling accessible and fun for young learners. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with meaningful impact, joining a team dedicated to building a tool that will leave a lasting impression on children’s lives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Dreambook's iOS app with a focus on the iPad.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Utilize Xcode and Apple’s native development tools for optimal performance.
- Adhere to Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines to ensure intuitive user experiences.
- Integrate and utilize iOS frameworks, including Core Data, Core Animation, and others.
- Optimize application performance for iOS devices, focusing on the unique needs of the iPad.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with design and user experience goals.
- Manage beta builds with TestFlight and prepare submissions to the Apple App Store.
- Ensure compliance with App Store Connect requirements and manage app lifecycle.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience as a Native iOS Developer, with a strong focus on iPad applications.
- Expertise in Swift and SwiftUI.
- Proficiency with Xcode and Apple’s native development tools.
- Familiarity with Core Data, Core Animation, and other iOS frameworks.
- A solid understanding of performance optimization for iOS apps.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully submitting apps to the Apple App Store.
- Knowledge of TestFlight for beta testing and App Store Connect for app management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
